What Restorative Schools Maryland is Doing

Restorative Schools reflect and reinforce 5 important Building Blocks. Below, find out more about the Restorative Schools Maryland approach.

RESTORATIVE PRACTICES?

Restorative Practices is an evidenced-based practice that improves social/emotional health, resolves conflict, and strengthens social bonds. Schools that implement this methodology have lower suspensions and higher teacher satisfaction/retention

OUR APPROACH

We are recruiting Circles of 10 in each legislative district who work together to lobby their state legislators for resources to implement restorative practices [get involved link]
